夏会龙，男，湖南安化人，1961年11月生，分别在中国农业科学院研究生院和浙江大学获农学硕士、博士学位。环境工程教授。

主要研究领域有：食品安全、环境生物修复等。承担的代表性课题有：国家自然科学基金项目“冬瓜植株吸收累积邻苯二甲酸酯DEHP的机制研究”，浙江省自然科学基金项目“茶皂甙对植物修复镉污染土壤的调控”等。在《Food Additives and Contaminants》杂志上发表“Comparison of the relative dissipation rates of endosulfan pesticide residues between oolong and green tea”，在《Bioresource Technology》杂志上发表“Phytoremediation of ethion by water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) from water”和“Enhancing plant uptake of polychlorinated biphenyls and cadmium using tea saponin”等论文70余篇。研究成果先后获国家科技进步二等奖、国家科技进步三等奖和浙江省科技进步三等奖等奖励。获授权国家发明专利6项。
